Time Out says

Classic hits, new material, and a whole lot o’ celebration.

In the mid 2000’s, the English indie pop band described as “a less severe Arctic Monkeys” invaded the music scene much like the 1960’s British Invasion movement that influenced their sound. And now, The Kooks are celebrating a decade of music making  with a big ‘tiyul’ that crosses from Melbourne to Sydney, to Dublin, to Tel Aviv, then all over North America, Germany, and finishes off in Romania. Their ‘Best Of’ tour will span ten years of insanely catchy hits touching on a host of genres including Britpop, reggae, ska, rock, and more. From humble beginnings to four studio albums, an endless stream of massive world tours, awards, and recognition, this ten-year birthday party is going to bring down the house (or in this case, the Barby).
