Tevaleh offers a completely vegan healthy menu, ranging from some of the best breakfasts in town to of course, a great burger. Tevaleh’s burger manages to crack the code of deliciousness while still tasting healthy - a feat not easy to accomplish. The patty of sprouted lentils and veggies sits on a bed of lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, roasted onions, homemade ketchup and sauce, enveloped by a fresh whole wheat bun. For just 5 shekels more you can add avocado, mushrooms, or cashew cheese (though we recommend skipping the cheese, which isn’t as flavorful as in some other restaurants). Tevaleh is the place to go when you want to skip the burger dripping with grease and trick yourself into thinking you’re being healthy.
