This bi-level swanky, centrally located studio boasts three workout rooms, each of which offers different classes including yoga, TRX and HITT. While the clientele is mostly women (about 70%), the unisex vibe and challenging nature of some of the classes (especially their TRX and athletics classes) make it a viable option for both sexes.
