Clearwater Mall welcomes new restaurant

Foodies, take note: there’s a fresh spot to discover if you’re in or around Roodepoort. One of the region’s most vibrant shopping destinations, Clearwater Mall, has welcomed a new restaurant this May, adding even more flavour to its already diverse offering.

After weeks of teasing, Piatto has officially opened, bringing excitement not only to the mall but also to the surrounding neighbourhoods. Known for its hearty grills and comforting dishes, Piatto is the latest addition to the mall’s growing list of restaurants. 

Piatto offers a wide variety of meals and has built a reputation for its lively atmosphere, generous portion sizes, and reasonable prices. 

Beyond the food, Piatto creates an environment that works well for different occasions. Whether you’re planning a casual date, a catch-up with friends, or a relaxed family outing, the space caters to it all. The menu is diverse, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Established in 2001, Piatto has steadily expanded its footprint across Gauteng, with locations in Midrand, Kempton Park, Eastgate, and Alberton. Its continued growth reflects its popularity and ability to meet the evolving tastes of local diners.

The mall itself remains a go-to destination for more than just dining.
