The new offerings were unveiled on Tuesday, 17 February, with general manager Chris Buckley-Koch sharing that rather than replacing the existing favourites, the restaurant has enhanced its selection, introducing new bold flavours while keeping the beloved classics that have made the venue a go-to destination.
"We are going live today," Chris said, adding that there is plenty for guests to discover.
What's new on the menu?
Sushi remains one of the restaurant's biggest attractions, and the team has inventive new creations designed to please sushi lovers. Expect fresh combinations, bold tastes, and visually striking plates that are as Instagram-worthy.
For those who don't just want a seafood experience, the good news is that the expanded menu also features new meat dishes crafted to satisfy hearty appetites. One standout returning favourite is the much-missed oxtail pasta, which Chris explained is back on the menu by popular demand.
No dining experience is complete without the perfect drink pairing, and QLounge has stepped up its beverage offering as well. A selection of new cocktails joins the menu, ideal for after-work catch-ups, romantic evenings, celebrations, or even a relaxed solo outing.
