Time Out says
Known for the seats around the combination firepit-fountain and for the luxuriant dresses worn by the bosomy waitresses, this place is old Vegas at its best. Or, at least, it was, until they put flatscreen TVs on every available surface and ruined the vintage feel. Still, the drinks are impressive; try a Scorpion, which will arrive in a glass that’s bigger than your head.

This is a little-known locals hangout. When I first moved here one of my new friends brought me here. I've been bringing visitors here ever since.
It's a fun, quirky, Vegas-y type of place. The bar area in the back, the Fireside Lounge, looks like a throwback to the 70's. Shag carpeting, sunken seating area around a flaming fountain, and mirrors everywhere. Try the Scorpion drink; it's huge and will get you buzzed. Cocktail waitresses dressed in long black flowing dresses are friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is worth mentioning too. Good food, big portions, and a fun place to people-watch. Also be on the lookout for local celebrities and performers from shows on the Strip. Everyone comes here. And it's open 24 hours.
We were taken by surprise here. outside is a little understated compared to the interior. super size your cocktail.
