This Coast Casino shares the qualities of its siblings but with one major difference: it’s in Summerlin, and thus surrounded by 81 holes of world-class golf, and an assortment of upper-scale shopping and dining options. Stay on site, though, and you’ll find a large and player-friendly casino floor with a progressive players’ club that plies regulars with comps. The 500-seat showroom features a variety of headliners, and there’s a 64-lane bowling alley and 16-screen movie theater. Beef lovers should head to SC Prime Steakhouse, and Salvatore’s serves upscale Italian. Coasta Cantina has decent Mexican, and there’s a standard buffet and coffeeshop. The resort offers a childcare center as well.
