The voluptuous flavors and atmosphere of chef Mark LoRusso’s contemporary cosmopolitan dinner-only steakhouse are inspired by the artwork of the restaurant’s namesake, Colombian artist Fernando Botero—several of his sculptures are featured on the poolside premises. It’s a steakhouse, yes, but LoRusso has an unforgettable way with seafood too, as evidenced by his Dungeness crab agnolotti and brazino with niçoise vegetables.
