Fleur by Hubert Keller features 30ft walls of cultured stone, a floral sculpture, semi-private cabana tables and, in the wine loft, a private dining area. The real selling point, however, remains Hubert Keller’s dedicated culinary experimentation. With small-plate dishes from every corner of the world, Fleur truly is an epicurean delight. Where else can you pair ahi tuna tacos with mozzarella flatbread and slow roasted salmon miso? Where else would you want to?
