Are you a sucker for umami? Meet your burger match, courtesy of chef Michael LaPlaca and the AAA. That acronym stands for Angus, applewood and arugula, as in a patty of grass-fed Angus beef, applewood-smoked bacon and, well, arugula. But we’d argue it’s the Boursin cheese and sun-dried tomatoes that kick this burger over the edge into best-in-the-city strata. ABATA just doesn’t have the same ring to it, we guess.
