Formerly located on the Strip in Barbary Coast (later Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall), Michael’s found a new home when namesake Michael Gaughan opened South Point. It’s the sort of fancy-pants eaterie that doesn’t print prices on the menu, rendering some diners speechless when the tab arrives. Still, the food is consistently ranked among Vegas’s finest and the setting—despite the cowboy-hoedown aura of South Point—is truly old school.
