Classy but casual, delicious but affordable, Todd English’s Las Vegas establishment overlooking the Bellagio lake has grown into a trustworthy dining institution. Boston-based English (the original Olives is in Charlestown, MA) keeps his "interpretive Mediterranean" cuisine alive and well with such innovations as butternut squash tortellini and an incredible take on the lobster roll.
