Classy but casual, delicious but affordable, Todd English’s Las Vegas establishment overlooking the Bellagio lake has grown into a trustworthy dining institution. Boston-based English (the original Olives is in Charlestown, MA) keeps his "interpretive Mediterranean" cuisine alive and well with such innovations as butternut squash tortellini and an incredible take on the lobster roll.

The food here is good, if not on the pricey side (I walked out paying $80 for a glass of wine and an entree), but if that doesn't bother you this place will suit you just fine. The dimly lit restaurant has seats overlooking the Bellagio fountains, so get your reservation in early for a seat with a view.
