The most intimate—and, some say, best—restaurant in Wolfgang Puck’s Vegas collection, Postrio blends San Francisco and Venice to achieve a romantic atmosphere. Food fuses Mediterranean and Asian influences; seasonal specials include pan-roasted "Hong Kong style" Scottish salmon with stir fry vegetables, and seafood curry in a coconut broth. The desserts are a must: try the warm chocolate beignets with caramel espresso ice-cream.
