The Downtown brick-and-mortar store is a late-night institution, but Taqueria el Pastorcito boasts two other Vegas haunts to satisfy all local taco cravings. Open until midnight, try any of the alambres—a dish similar to fajitas—or opt for the tried-and-true favorites: al pastor, carne asada or chorizo tacos. At just $2 a pop (plus a salsa bar on the side for unlimited toppings), you can’t beat these vessels.
