Red Rock’s signature Italian restaurant is too nice a room to suffer the indignity of shorts and T-shirts, and yet it does. A Tuscan menu (with some Italian-American choices) treats guests to house-made pasta, fresh fish specialties and the ubiquitous wood-fired pizza. Want something lighter? Dress well, snag a seat at the tiny bar and take a wine flight (from the 1,500-bottle wine room) with antipasto.
