Time Out says

The brunch and dinner buffet at Wynn is an exquisite experience. Guests coming into The Buffet at Wynn slide past eight royal palm trees on the way to the bright, elegant dining room where 16 live cooking stations and 90-plus dishes await. The buffet serves high-quality global cuisine. Fresh housemade pasta represents Italy, while authentic street tacos provide Latin flavors and wok specialties give a taste of Asia. Go for the Gourmet Brunch and tuck into some red velvet pancakes or splurge and upgrade to the Ultimate Buffet Experience. This package comes with priority seating, a one-and-a-half pound Maine lobster tail and the Endless Pour Package so you can enjoy cocktails, beer and wine.

The vibe: With its eight palm trees fanning out over diners in the atrium, potted flowers and brightly colored walls and banquettes, the Wynn carries some of its signature looks from the casino floor to its standout buffet.

The food: Where do we start? How about an egg Benedict station, sushi, and some wok-fried veggies? The Wynn boasts 16 live cooking stations, offering something for everyone. Whether you’re craving chilled seafood, smoky barbecue classics, or simply indulging in pastries, pies, and puddings, there's a wide range of choices.

The drink: There is an option to add an Endless Pour Package to your visit and enjoy unlimited cocktails, mimosas, wine and beer ($32.99).

Time Out tip: Vegans and vegetarians have plenty to choose from as well. Inform the staff and they’ll personally walk you through to point out what’s offered.
