Highlights at the open-air District include REI, Anthropologie and Francesca's Collection, a sweet little accessories and gift shop. Eateries, among them Lucille's Barbecue, Kennedy's and King's Fish House, are an important part of the mix. The District recently crossed over Green Valley Parkway to include the city's second Whole Foods Market, its first West Elm and chic women's boutique Chelsea.
