Time Out says

Multiple lives collide in Goa, India. Hunky lad Lorry (Prateik Babbar) gets sucked into its drug-fuelled underbelly; DJ Joki (Rana Daggubati) decides to save him. Local dodgy policeman Kamath (Abhishek Bachchan) vows to ‘cleanse’ this ‘paradise on earth’ of narcotics while achieving redemption. This ‘cops and robbers’ entertainer offers a slick ‘Slumdog Millionaire’-style tour of India’s most controversial laid-back tourist hot-spot. High on style but low on substance, this is violent and empty entertainment. Bachchan’s no-nonsense character’s inexplicable turn as a rapper is misplaced; Daggubati looks pretty spaced-out. Its remake of the classic Asha Bhosle 1970s title track invites us to ‘pull on that toke’ – and you may well need to at the end of this over-hyped dumb Bollywood no-brainer.
