Time Out says
On the plus side, the fire-ravaged department store where Sutherland’s alcoholic ex-cop now works as a security guard is impressively creepy. Alone at night with its scorched mannequins, he sees stuff reflected in its mirrors that he cannot believe. And neither can we. Then the evil spirits trapped behind the glass somehow escape and attack his estranged wife and children in their home. But not before he’s tracked down a once-possessed nun, who tells him about the asylum that pre-dated the store where disturbed patients were subjected to an experimental, mirror-based shock treatment. This is without question the dumbest horror movie of recent years. There is simply no way to piece together its fractured shards.
