You may not believe this, but an otherwise totally sensible and widely respected British film director, not altogether unconnected with Time Out's past, has a soft spot for Norman Wisdom. Phooey! The man's humour is of the most cretinous nature imaginable. Here he appears as a dimwit car park attendant at Scotland Yard who sees his dream of becoming a copper like dad come true after he accidentally catches a bunch of crooks. Embarrassingly unfunny, it just shows that being a film comic is a most unsuitable job for a moron.
