This is the first in her series of inspirational workshops designed to fuel the fine internal artist and poet in all of us! A deeply relaxing, intuitive, and flowing format will include:

Translation and recitation of Master Ding’s first in a series of poems embodying the 13 foundation principles of Taiji, “Peng”. He will perform a dynamic demonstration of the historical Chen Hong Form Taiji, and lead students to an understanding of the energetic principle of Peng in motion, through Taiji Gong, and opening Chen Style postures.

This workshop is a prelude to a Chen Taiji introductory course which Master Ding looks forward to offering at Inner Spring, complimented by a weekly Qigong class with Kari.
