Miami, how many times have you gone through this scenario: you can’t decide whether to go with the private helicopter or yacht, so you end up just choosing the helicopter but then get struck with a serious case of FOMO when you pass over the baby blue waters of Biscayne Bay?
What’s that? Zero? That’s happened to you zero times? Well, glad we’re not the only one.
Nonetheless, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, seem to have come up with a solution to this conundrum in the property’s most recent exclusive resident service: a helicopter-to-yacht transportation service.
It goes a little something like this: you land at Miami Airport after a luxurious vacation on some island only accessible to those with no less than five commas in their bank account and are promptly whisked away in the Ritz-Carlton’s helicopter. That helicopter then lands on a floating helipad in Biscayne Bay, at which point you and a guest (or your very lucky cat) transfer to the Ritz-Carlton’s yacht, which will drive you the rest of the way to your residence. Beats the express lane, huh? And it can all be yours for $2 to $40 million—which actually might be slightly cheaper than the express lane during rush hour.
