Tony and the boys from Bada Bing would love this place, thanks to the menu of rich, cheesy Italian classics good enough to pass even Carmela's taste test. Truth be told, diners with a passion for pizza arrive daily from the far corners of Miami-Dade County just to dive into a De Vita's pie. The pizzas are made-to-order fresh, and the toppings are by no means the same old same-old. Take the Chicken Florentina, topped with grilled chicken breast in an Alfredo sauce with fresh onions and marinated spinach. Or what about the Quattro Formaggi, piled to the rafters with imported mozzarella, gorgonzola, provolone and pecorino romano. And who in his right mind could resist the Rucola, generously bedecked with fresh arugula, prosciutto and pungent imported parmesan.
