One of Miami’s most talented pastry chefs—and arguably the country’s—puts her home-baked goods on sale locally this weekend for the very first time. Hedy Goldsmith’s irresistible Junk in da Trunk®️ cookies, which previously were only sold on the baker’s Instagram or at her restaurants, will be available to experience in person at Whip n Dip in Coral Gables and Dasher and Crank in Wynwood starting Friday.
So why the scoop shops? Goldsmith is partnering with both to offer limited-edition sammies featuring her cookies with any of the parlor’s ice-cream flavors all weekend long. She’s also selling her freshly baked signature cookies by the dozen ($36), Pride Rainbow shortbread cookies ($24) and her cookbook, Baking Out Loud ($18), at each location, but you’ll need to pre-order by Wednesday to pick it up (orders can be placed via DM or by phone: 305-458-7002).
