Milk Bar All You Can Treat Tour

Here’s one New-York-to-Miami migration we can truly get behind: Milk Bar opens a weekend pop-up in South Beach this summer. The iconic bakery hits the road in a souped up 1969 postal truck, stopping in cities such as Chicago, Dallas and, of course, Miami. It’ll sling Milk Bar classics like compost cookies, cake truffles (our fave) and that weirdly satisfying and irresistible cereal milk soft serve, among other treats. The truck’s hours are to-be-announced but we can tell you it’ll be parked in the South of Fifth neighborhood, right outside Joe’s Stone Crab. It may not be claw season, but we expect the line at Joe’s to be just as long when Milk Bar rolls into town.
