Join us for a homemade liquid laundry detergent class at Junket on Sunday, April 3, from 6-7:30pm!

Please note a ticket is required for this event. It can be purchased here:

Making your own laundry detergent at home is a great way to save money, limit your use of disposable containers, and control the ingredients that you use on your clothes. Whether you want to cut down on household costs or choose the scent of your laundry detergent, making your own clothes soap at home is easy!

Junket's own Karen Grimm will guide participants through the process of creating a 5 gallon batch of homemade liquid laundry detergent. Each attendee will leave with a recipe and instruction information, as well as 1/2 gallon of unscented laundry detergent.

Everyone is encouraged to bring their own reusable container, such as an empty laundry detergent bottle (naturally!) or a sturdy milk or juice jug.

This is a hands-on demonstration, meaning participants can assist in the production process. Children over 10 may attend with an adult.

Class size will be limited to 8 people.

What: A Homemade Laundry Detergent Class for up to 8 participants, with each bringing home 1/2 gallon of detergent.
