A drive-thru poutine festival begins today and it's running all day, all weekend long

Starting today, le Grand Poutinefest—part of the Le Grand FoodFest that also includes the annual Ribfest and Macfest that happen annually in Quebec—is back in the city with a new format: A drive-thru set up being run out of the CF Galeries d'Anjou mall.

Running today until 9PM, Friday to Saturday from 11am to 9pm and Sunday from 11am to 8pm, anyone on and around the island of Montreal's encouraged to roll through for a bit of comfort food. Admission to access the site is free, but you should be bringing your own forks, as past food fest-goers have mentioned needing to buy one on site.

While you're waiting in your car to access the selection of poutines available from food trucks, the event page for Le Grand Poutinefest mentions taking advantage of performers that will be on site, and a radio station "PoutineFM" where DJ Kleancut will be playing on a specific frequency.
