100 Years of Polish Cinema
Time Out says
Conceived by Kieslowski and executed by his assistant on Three Colours: White, this is the only film in the British Film Institute's 'Century of Cinema' series which focuses on the viewer rather than the cinéaste: film-goers of all ages are invited to recall the Polish movies which have meant most to them. The conjunction of their words and their favourite images not only brings the film clips to life but also says a lot about the fundamental appeal of cinema itself. Highly engaging throughout, it becomes immoderately moving when two of the interviewees explain how Kieslowski films changed their lives.
