Time Out says

Right after losing her job in banking because of the economic crisis, Tum finds a cardboard box stuffed with banknotes on her doorstep. Partly by accident, the burly men who come looking for it meet untimely ends in her apartment; so do several others in the following days, including the cop who lives downstairs. Meanwhile Tum equips herself with a fake passport and an air ticket to London. Will piled-up corpses, nosey neighbours, suicidal friends, her crooked former boss or, worst of all, her conscience foil her getaway plan? Cheekily titled (less in reference to oral sex than to a door-number '6' which drops to become a '9'), shot with grungy flair and acted with great aplomb, Pen-ek's black comedy-thriller is a post-Hitchcockian delight, replete with references to Psycho but with a strong Thai accent. Minced penis salad, anyone?
