Much like those educational filmstrips you used to watch in elementary school, this finger-wagging enviro-doc seems determined to equate a dry, data-heavy delivery with sermonizing significance. The more the movie's somnambulistic narrator details alternatives to our fossil-fuel addiction (wind, solar power, lithium ion batteries), the heavier your eyelids will feel. Even the Web-grade animation vignettes (oh, cartoon bubbles! Neato!) and celebrity talking heads like Richard Branson don't leave much of an informational footprint on your frontal lobe.
