Time Out says

Ilona Siller follows the elderly students in her water-exercise class at the local YMCA out of the pool and prompts them to reflect on marriage, politics and a host of other topics. The result is a sweet, if bland, collection of reminiscences (before computer games, there were marbles) and declarations (“I definitely will not go to heaven if there is no swimming pool”). While the doc never achieves the depth suggested by its title, its good-natured subjects—who include a Republican romance novelist, a devoted gay couple and a retired manufacturer of plus-size jeans—make old age seem a little less daunting.
