Time Out says

Bollywood’s homage to ‘The Full Monty’ and ‘Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo’ is just as crass as the originals. It invokes the current credit crunch in order to justify its taboo – for Indian audiences – theme of two unemployed men becoming ‘man-whores’. Londoners Jerry Patel (Akshay Kumar) and his special ‘best friend’ Nick Mathur (John Abraham) are forced to become strippers and male escorts when Nick loses his City job. These lads are crude, rude and ‘Lady Gaga is our fan’. The obligatory inclusion of ‘romance’ involving women is perplexing; it’s fairly obvious the red-hot chemistry is between the male leads. If your idea of fun is ogling two middle-aged, semi-clad, gym-bunny heroes mincing about and miming to inane songs, you will love these boyz.
