A present-tense documentary of the brouhaha surrounding the IMF and World Bank's September 2000 gathering in Prague, when a rainbow coalition of international protesters and demo rubberneckers came face to baton with the Czech Republic's finest, while locals either looked on bemused, or attempted to sell the great unwashed sleeping bags. Made with more energy than finesse by students of the FAMU documentary unit, it's a bit piecemeal, annotating on the fly the marginalia more than the headlines of the event, though a brief passage of Vaclav Havel's speech to delegates is notably striking. The occasionally awkward sound and picture quality is an impediment.
