If things had worked out differently, Anamaria would definitely have been a star - as it is, she takes time out from her hospital job to light up the local stage. Meanwhile, portly gardener Salvatore is struck by musical epiphanies while sitting in his underwear, but audiences fail to appreciate his talents. Treading lightly somewhere between poignant and pointless, this is an indulgent look at four rural Italians and their part-time passions: music, art, drama and, erm, building model houses out of pebbles.
