Time Out says
Ground-level view of Liberia’s 2003 paroxysm of fighting between equally unsavory-looking government and rebel troops. Stack followed the besieged government side, and secured close if unilluminating access to President Charles Taylor (now indicted for war crimes); Brabazon ducked and dived with the rebels as they advanced on Monrovia, exploiting Washington’s refusal to provide the peace-keeping forces for which most of the civilian population of this long-loyal ally nation were begging. Analysis is limited, but the film shows sharp glimpses of the reality of war from all sides; it’s particularly shocking when it draws those different perspectives (combatants’ and their collateral victims’) together.
