Shy bank worker Winger (Winger - shy?) is drawn out of her shell by a new romance, and, when the man of her dreams is brutally murdered, she turns 'tec to track down the culprits - uncovering some unpalatable home truths in the process. Two years in the editing, the makers' struggle to get the thing to make sense certainly shows. The Joe Jackson soundtrack album is sometimes found gathering dust in second-hand record stores.
