The title says it all: Escalating scenes of brutal death-porn—starting with soft-core and ending with razors and chain saws—compete for your entertainment dollar in this Vegas-set serial-killer gore fest. How director Nick Palumbo manages to turn it into such a monotonous bore defies easy explanation, though it may have something to do with his simian dolt of a protagonist (Garrett) sporting a Nazi family past, a Eurotrash temper and some truly evil sideburns. A "special thanks" to Leni Riefenstahl and Tobe Hooper in the credits suggests lessons unlearned.
