Time Out says

Conflicting loyalties come to the boil in this passionately felt Israeli drama when military policeman Alexander has to investigate his former pals in an elite paratroop unit, accused of murdering the Arab who blew up one of their comrades. The treatment is well-judged, pointed but never hectoringly didactic, in a screenplay by the director's brother Benny Barbash, a soldier in the Yom Kippur War, who later turned peace activist and playwright.
