A typical Road movie (Utopia being Alaska), this has Lamour oscillating between Bob and Bing for possession of both halves of the map to her goldmine. But kiss-kiss and moonlight serenading aside, it's always the quipping rivalry of the duo that rules (Bing: 'We've shared a couple of things that money can't buy' - Bob: 'Yeah, and I always got the ugly one'), where possession is the objective and L'Amour the object. But share they do, right down the middle. She loves Bing, marries Bob, but the offspring is a dead ringer for 'We adopted him' they chorus, to the tune of Family Entertainment, accompanied by a broad wink.
