Time Out says

When System of a Down vocalist Serj Tankian states, late in this passionate political doc, that “we should all be screamers,” he’s not trying to breed fellow metal singers. He uses his formidable wail to illuminate the suppressed Armenian genocide, but the filmmaker convincingly links that tragedy to Sudan, Bosnia and Iraq. Occasional hokeyness aside—rote montages juxtapose SOAD shows with archival footage—the film’s composite testimony, from the charismatic band and more-metaphorical screamers such as politicians, scholars and eyewitnesses, is both scary and motivating.
