Time Out says

The debut play from writer Max Solomon (Berger) is met by yawns from strangers, puzzled glares from his friends and, as the curtain falls, a heart attack from his grandfather. So Max finds a new field into which he can channel his creative energy: robbery. Monty Miranda’s fantasy for slackers sometimes slips into toilet-humor stupidity, but thanks to a knack for ingenious absurdity—Max’s play features a spaceman, a pilot and a woman walking a goat on a leash—Skills Like This is just ridiculous enough to be charming.
