Time Out says
A far cry from Raymond Briggs' nuclear warning, Picha's 'adult cartoon' combines both readings of its title in what '60s counter-culture would probably have mistaken for Swiftian satire. Following the Bomb, Planet Earth has polarised into two nations, both deficient in the standard number of limbs and sexual characteristics. All the men, who have their arses blown off, are gay and live in an American-Soviet zone, while the multi-breasted women live in Vaginia. A fourth world war threatens, and only Fred, the last possible superhero, can avert it. The final conflict is fought out by a megaton tit and a megaton prick. It is all determinedly gross, with something to offend everyone.
