Time Out says

Dogme docu about a bizarre theatrical stunt dreamed up Lars von Trier: 'Psychomobile 1: The World Clock'. Essentially, this boiled down to sticking 53 actors in a large house, giving them a quick character sketch, and letting them improvise for two months. Oh yes, and then there are lights in each room. Any change in colour must trigger a change in the mood of the scene. And the lights are linked to the to and fro within a colony of ants in New Mexico. A metaphor for the random pull of human destiny, perhaps. Jargil gets some amusing insights from the cast, but the film doesn't merit its running time, especially as the omniscient LvT remains offscreen. Agnostics are unlikely to be converted.
