Time Out says

A protracted dick joke with the courage of its convictions, Uncut consists of a single, long—make that average—take of its bedridden protagonist’s penis. Suffering from a broken pelvis, this bored misogynist (Trentalance) spends the film telephonically trolling for female company for “his lordship.” If the setup sounds initially provocative but ultimately stultifying, that’s precisely director Gionata Zarantonello’s point. Despite mainstream movies’ aversion to male full-frontal nudity, the idly sardonic Uncut makes it plain that the wang simply has no range. (Opens Fri; Cinema Village.)—Mark Holcomb
