When in London

The film's full titling - 'the rise and fall of the world's worst escort agency' - says it all. An enthusiastic mock-doc about hopeless public school types out to run a companion operation (initially) without the sex, it's a UK DV take on the Dogme manifesto, and filmed intervention-style in streets and clubs around the capital. Some likeable performances and camerawork, along with the film's snappy pace, work most of the time, but it's uneven and overlong, and lacks rigour in pursuit of its theme.
