Fall Elementary School was built in 1898 and used until 1970 by the Nashville Board of Education. It was named for Phillip Slater Fall, a 19th Century Pastor and pioneer of public school education. The architecture is Post Victorian with preserved floors, doors, stairways, and 8 wooden pillars that support a 3 story octagonal atrium that has a turn-of-the century art stained ceiling over 60 ft. high. The front of the building and a fountain are also original to the building.

Fall School merged with Hamilton School to form Fall Hamilton on Wedgewood in 1960. Fall was one of the first multi-room schools in Nashville. Before it was built most of the schools were just large open areas. In 2008 the Church of Scientology bought the building and has taken great care to preserve it.
