Additional Info:
A native of Lynchburg, VA, Danny Perdieu, arrived in Nashville in the summer of 1998. Since that time Danny has worked as a tour manager with such artists as Kellie Pickler, Phil Vassar, Keith Anderson, Jason Michael Carroll, Colton Dixon, Kevin Sharp and Jessica Andrews. Danny also worked as a support act tour manager on tours such as Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney, Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, Taylor Swift, Sugarland, Trace Adkins, Third Day, Toby Mac and Casting Crowns.

It seems like a long time ago:

"Music was always a big part of my life I was heavily involved in music while in high school. I owe a lot to my Choir Director Carl Harris from Heritage High School for allowing me the 'freedom to create'. It really changed my life!"

His earlier time in Lynchburg was spent traveling with his friend Jeff Smith. The two would play up and down the east coast playing 4-5 shows a week for 5 years. Traveling in a 1979 White Ford econoline van "that ran on sand" is still to this day some of the fondest memories to date. In those days the two collaborated on song writing but both found themselves wanting to move to Nashville. " I do believe that every person wanting to be a singer/songwriter/performer should spend time on the road. "It's truly a great business if you respect it."

"After a while... You start to hear the struggle or the pain. Maybe even the love gained or love lost in the lyrics of life... You just have to pay attention."

The influences that mean the most:

Not just listening to the songs of his favorite Artist, but the stories of their lives have always meant the most to Danny. Listening to Billy Joel, Kenny Loggins, Bruce Hornsby, Neil Diamond, Sam Cooke, Luther Vandross, Elvis Presley and Dan Fogelberg was a part growing up and the eventual influence. "The real-life story telling is what I'm all about".

"Sometimes I can go back and listen to a song I wrote 20 years ago and it still takes me back... I either smile or feel the pain... It's real and sometimes still stings". "It's all about the Music... Always has been".

Making a commercial studio recording was something that has always been on my mind... Even as far back as high school. With an upcoming commercial CD release in 2014 on the horizon... It will be a dream come true. Working with an entourage of talented musicians and music biz professionals that I've met over the years and have them share my vision has been nothing short of amazing.

I thank you all.

Best, Danny
