This month we will be meeting at Aloft Hotels Midtown to meet new people and engage with an onstage transparent conversation with a notable Nashvillian who will share their success story including their failures and advice for what to avoid or pursue as Nashville booms. Free parking is available in the Aloft garage from the 4th floor and above.

This month's notable Nashvillian will be Rodger Dinwiddie. Rodger has been the CEO of Students Taking a Right Stand (STARS-Nashville) since 1986. Prior to joining STARS, Rodger served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit working with juveniles in court and spent 7 years as a teacher in Nashville Metro Public Schools. He is a Certified Prevention Specialist – Level II, a certified trainer of bullying prevention. He currently provides consultation in the areas of best practices in bullying prevention and intervention, school climate improvement, and the development of social emotional competencies. A native Nashvillian, Roger has a BS Elementary Education degree from Peabody College and ah M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University.
