Four Score And Seven Beers Ago With Black Abbey says
It's Lincoln's birthday. So why not party? We are going to have some awesome one-off beers brewed by Black Abbey (at least 5 different brews) featuring malt from Corsair Malt and yeast from Bootleg Biology. How cool is this? Let me expain...

Beer consists of water, malted barely, yeast, and hops.

Black Abbey: One of Nashville's favorite producers of craft beer. Need I say more?

Corsair Malt: Grain selection is paramount in producing premium products. Corsair is a local maltster that takes unmalted barley and wheat and kilns it so that thier sugars can be extracted for beer.

Bootleg Biology: Bootleg Biology is an open source yeast (and wild bugs) project whose goal is to create the world’s most diverse library of microbes for the creation of fermented foods and beverages. Black Abbey used two different strains captured wildly in Nashville to ferment their beer.

These beers are basically as local as they get. Malt from Nashville, yeast from Nashville, and water straight from the Cumberland. Come out and try these beers before they are gone.
