Similar to the Fitness Onboard classes Built by Holly offered in the past, SUP Fitness: Cardio is a workout on (and off) the boards. Expect to do burpees, planks, sprints on your board, and much more. Bring a towel because you will get wet...both from swimming and sweating! These classes are designed for people with prior paddling experience. You'll spend your 60 minutes working out, with Holly Myers, a local personal trainer. If you need some SUP instruction, sign up for our Intro to SUP class first.
